Sydney, Australia (December 2020):
The MyBusiness Awards recognise pioneering businesses in Australia and shine a light on efforts that are transforming our future.
In light of COVID-19, the gala, black-tie ceremony took a different turn and took place over a live, virtual broadcast instead.
At this year’s segment, SendGold bagged the title of Finance Business of the Year. SendGold, now renamed and rebranded as ‘Rush’, is a digital gold platform that promotes gold investments in Australia and other parts of the world.
On its free app, users can buy, sell, gift and even use gold as a currency through Rush Debit.
This year, SendGold was also recognised at the Finder Innovation Awards and Fintech Australia’s Finnies.
Despite the virtual platform on which the MyBusiness Awards took place, Australian businesses tuned in to the celebration and added plenty of cheer and enthusiasm!
Speaking about the award, Rush CEO, Jodi Stanton shared:
‘Excited and humbled by the Finance Business of the Year title especially during this very challenging and unprecedented year. My heartiest congratulations to all the other winners. Rush looks forward to participating in next year’s segment!’
