We are pleased to announce we have entered an in-principle agreement with EZCloud with an estimated annual revenue of US$300m.
EzCloud is a business solutions provider. Its fingertip accounting package allows small and medium sized businesses to record and access business information from a mobile phone (Chinese version of Xero). EzCloud also provides significant other value added services such as OCR, receivable messaging, logistics etc. Since its launch in December 2016, EzCloud has been signing 100 new clients a day.
EzClound is interested in providing its clients more value added services such as SendGold’s regulated but fuss free investment and savings service.
EzCloud believes that if each of its 60,000 (and growing) paying customers utilizes their right to purchase at least US$5,000 in gold pa, then over US$300 million can be channelled through the EzCloud platform annually.
The partnership is in line with SendGold’s vision to secure multiple regional distribution partners through it’s Gold-as-a-Service technology and is our first offshore GaaS agreement signed.
We will work with EZCloud over the coming months to offer SendGold to EZCloud’s growing customer base.
