Since 2003, the World Summit Awards (WSA) has brought together the best digital innovations the member countries of the United Nations have to offer. The WSA are a unique awards system, selecting and promoting local digital innovation. The awards recognise high impact on improving society. It is a non-monetary award system.
This year, Rush Gold has been chosen to represent Australia in the category of Business & Commerce. Rush Gold and Australian Nominees in other categories will be competing against the best applications submitted by each United Nations member country at the WSA Global Competition 2021.

Australian winners are selected by the WSA Australia and are nominated by the National Expert to the World Summit Awards Global Contest. These proceedings are followed by the WSA Grand Jury Meeting that will finalise the 40 winners before the announcement of their decision. The WSA Global Congress, which is the final stage, will take place early in 2022.
